MBTIonline Teams is designed to be flexible and completed at the team’s own pace. Team members first take the MBTI® assessment and validate their result through an interactive best-fit process, which takes about 45 minutes. Upon completion, they can immediately begin to explore their results as they wait for others to complete the assessment. Once everyone on the team has completed the assessment, the team portion of the experience is unlocked. At that point, the team can go through the team content individually or together in as little as a single afternoon or over a longer period depending on how much time is available. If the team prefers a live session together, a facilitator’s guide that’s included with purchase can help the team leader or designated team member facilitate the learning in a step-by-step way. Optional self-paced courses round out the learning experience for each team member.
The setup process for MBTIonline Teams is quick and easy. During checkout, the team leader sets up the team by entering each team member’s name and email address. Once the purchase is complete, an email with instructions and a unique access code for taking the Myers-Briggs® assessment and accessing the team portal is automatically sent to each team member. Please be aware that once a team has been set up during the purchase process, you cannot add/remove team members afterwards.
If you’re purchasing MBTIonline Teams on behalf of a team, note that only the person designated as the team leader during the setup process will have the ability to track assessment completion status and manage team administrative actions. Until all team members complete the assessment, the team portion of the overall experience will remain locked.
No. Please be aware that once a team has been set up during the MBTIonline Teams purchase process, you cannot add or remove team members afterwards. You can, however, replace an existing team member with someone else if that team member has not already redeemed their access code.
No, not at this time. Currently, all team members are required to complete the assessment and an interactive learning session where they validate their result through a best-fit type process.
